Biography
Dr. Hakan Demir joined Atilim University in 2025 as assistant professor at Chemical Engineering Department.
Prior to Atilim University, he conducted postdoctoral research at Ozyegin University, Koc University, University of Houston, and University of Minnesota.
He received his PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology where he worked with Prof. David. S. Sholl.
He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering at Middle East Technical University.
