Hayon is an Assistant Professor at KAIST in the Graduate School of Green Growth & Sustainability. Hayon received her Ph.D. in Environmental Studies at Yale University, working with Prof. Michelle L. Bell. At Yale, Hayon's research focused on the disparity of climate change health impacts among different environmental and social settings. Hayon worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow with Prof. Marc Weisskopf and Prof. Stefania Papatheodorou at Harvard University, studying the association between environmental hazards and neurodevelopmental disorders of children. At KAIST, Hayon aims to expand the work mitigating the health disparities from climate change through technology and data-driven solutions.
