Communications: Establish clear channels of communication for intergroup contact and with the community at large • Establish a regular monthly meeting schedule and post on our Google calendar with reminders to be sent out to all gardeners a few days prior • Reach out to each workforce group for monthly updates on their work to be shared at monthly meetings during the season • Coordinate social media posts and other methods to share the news of our seasonal workforce projects • Assist with advertising for fundraisers including press releases, design and publication of postcards and posters • Help grow membership by attending or providing information to advertise the garden at local community events.
