Communications: Establish clear channels of communication for intergroup contact and with the community at large  Establish a regular monthly meeting schedule and post on our Google calendar with reminders to be sent out to all gardeners a few days prior Reach out to each workforce group for monthly updates on their work to be shared at monthly meetings during the season Coordinate social media posts and other methods to share the news of our seasonal workforce projects Assist with advertising for fundraisers including press releases, design and publication of postcards and posters Help grow membership by attending or providing information to advertise the garden at local community events.
