About the Commemorative Ceremony
Tohoku University has been working with society to accelerate its efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in order to realize an education, research and work environment that is inclusive of diversity and equity, based on its founding philosophy of "open-door policy".
Therefore, in preparation for further development and new challenges in the future, we will hold the "Tohoku University Women's College 110th Anniversary and Humanities Women's College 100th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony" as follows.

Eri Chichibu, an up-and-coming artist and graduate of Tohoku University's School of Education, makes a triumphant return to her alma mater, Hagi Hall. Please enjoy this special stage performance.
