Summer Intensive: Upcoming/Important Dates

February 28th Summer Intensive Program Registration Deadline
March 15th 1st tuition and housing invoices due
April 15th 2nd tuition and housing invoices due
May 15th 3rd tuition and housing invoices due
May 23rd 30-Day Cleared-to Dance Deadline - Any student with a recent injury must be cleared by this date to participate in all activities
May 29th Deadline to sign up for weekend activities, including the Houston Ballet Company’s performance of Giselle
June 2nd HB Housing roommate assignments emailed
June 15th All tuition, housing, and fees must be paid
June 19th Week 1 Schedule posted on the Houston Ballet Academy Summer Google Site
June 20th Orientations and Check-In at the Center for Dance (Orientations will be held at 10am and 12pm)
June 20th Check-In at HBA Housing (Check-in will start at 10:30am with housing orientation held at 7:00pm)
June 22nd First day of classes

Summer Intensive Program - Attendance Protocol

If your dancer is absent, please make sure that you/they notify their chaperone (if applicable). Then, submit an absence notification form for Monday-Friday classes through Safe Arrival/School Messenger and for Saturdays you can submit through PowerSchool Parent Portal through through the FORMS tab.
