We have been having trouble with sending mass emails to those with Google Accounts. Please follow the following instructions.
Instructions to add houstonballet.org domain to your Gmail:
Log in to your Gmail account
Click the gear icon in the top right corner
Select Settings
Navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses
Click Create a new filter
Enter the email address you want to whitelist in the From field
Click Create filter
Check the box next to Never send it to Spam
