The University of Florida Homecoming & Gator Growl event was my first true experience in event management. The processes leading up to the concert performances are complicated but interconnected to where every task must be met in order to stay on track for the final goal. These tasks keep all production teams on the same page and require extensive collaboration. This collective effort proved successful with positive engagement leading up to and through the event.
We were able to install an entire seasonal social media strategy across multiple platforms while tracing engagement data with various software such as Google Analytics and in-house data analysis strategies. These advertising and marketing efforts played a big role in the sucess of the campaign during a global pandemic.
The team did an excellent job with displaying unique talent across all promotional material while constantly bringing positive energy and ideas to keep the process exciting.

These graphics reflect the modern and sleek feel for the 2020 edition of the Gator Gallop. The HG&GG Design team did a great job with these graphics, adding to the excitement for the event. These images were designed with the youthful and excited community of Gainesville, FL in mind. The collaboration was thorough and successful.
Business Spotlights served as an opporunity for connection between the Gainesville community and the HC&GG team. These spotlights reflect aspects of the 2020 HC&GG design theme while also being catered to the design of each business as this maintained brand equity and image across an advertisement.
These three graphics were completed to advertise for the HC&GG and Sababa fundraiser to benefit UF Shands employees working during the pandemic. The fundraiser was successful and the event page received great amounts of interaction.
