Here I will discuss the process behind HaysGraphics, what started my interests in design, analytics and potential with a creative vision. This page is going to showcase my favorite selection of graphics related to and highlighting the importance of recognizable branding within my artwork. I am still perfecting a written explanation of what my brand is, however this entire project might never need one as this is mainly a creative outlet and hub that is always going to be going through some change, update or alteration.
As a creative, one thing I am constantly doing is combining different interests to create new experiences for myself and whoever is an audience to my work. I enjoy developing a fresh outlook on things that are familiar. Whether familiar just to me through my mix of interests or something widely known like celebrities in the entertainment industry, I enjoy communicating my own perception of all of these through visuals and whatever other productions I can manage.
My portfolio has been under construction for a few years, fine-tuning my professional quality work. This website, in addition to my other media channels serve as living documents to host my creative vision. I value innovation and artistic appreciation so I am always looking into new trends in the industries my talents align with while also learning from history and what has already been created.
One trend that seems to be taking priority right now is artificial intelligence and I see this unlocking extraordinary opportunities. I plan to research more into AI technology and one wish I have is that it will eventually be able to organize a design/aesthetic portfoliio for anyone interested. Everyone has their own natural talents and artsitic ability can be considered as one of those talents. Even for those who aren' t caught up with the concerns of design, It would be fascinating if AI and data could develop some sort of brand for them, almost like a personal stylist. I think everyone should be able to appreciate any form of art and express their favorite parts of it. With the capabilities of technology and significance of social media, I think an artistic expression of individuality can be a high-value production in the next few decades.
Going Forward, I want to expand my experience with branding and design. Throughout my academic career I would do case studies and projects based around certain companies. I have a few pages in my portfolio that present these documents in a single graphic. I am working on a list of brands where I can practice production techniques and employ creative advertising strategies. Aside from a career, I want to have a sort of book with all of the creative excercises I've done. This serves as a primary document to work off and learn from as I continue expanding my understanding of design.
As I look to begin my professional career, I want to maintain familiarity with my strengths as I move out of my comfort zones to learn new skills. Having these collections of work will let me look back at the backbone of my brand while I add new elements along the way with whatever opportunities come along.
