Festival Chaperones may be parents, school staff, and other responsible adults and they must attend the festival and agree to supervise workshop sessions at all times.
*If for whatever reason the Troupe Director or Lead Teacher is unable to attend, another faculty or staff member of the school must attend in place of the lead teacher.
We ask that at least one adult must be registered for every 10 students (1 -10 students = 1 adult [Director], 11 - 20 students = 2 adults, etc.)
Directors are strongly recommended to register additional Chaperones who will be able to serve as workshop monitors during the festival.
It is vital that all Directors and Chaperones encourage appropriate behavior from all delegates.
