Forms

The following forms are needed to complete your School’s Registration. Please help our volunteer board by taking the time to complete forms accurately and fully. Please also ensure your Scholarship Applicants send in their Scholarship Application Forms early. There is no grace period for these submissions. All registration and supplemental event forms must be received by January 12, 2026!

Registration Form (one per school or program)

• The 2026 Hawaii Thespians Festival Registration Form - For TEACHERS and DIRECTORS only. Please only submit ONE Registration form per school or program. 

Forms for every attendee:

• 2026 Hawai'i Thespians Consent and Acceptance Form - One per Attendee (student, teacher, chaperone, and volunteer). 

Scholarship Application Forms

• 2026 HTF Auditions Application Form - All high school students who plan to apply and audition for one of the three scholarships being offered at our festival this year must complete the 2026 HTF Auditions Form and submit a one-page resume. For more information about the scholarships offered at our festival, as well as other required forms, please visit our Scholarships page. 

• Hawai'i Conservatory of Performing Arts Scholarship Application Form - Festival attendees who plan to audition for the Windward Community College Theatre Scholarship must submit this form in addition to the HTF Scholarship Application. The WCC Theatre Scholarship was founded by generous donors to provide deserving students with scholarships to pursue studies and training in the performing arts at Windward Community College. Student Festival Code of Conduct

By attending our Festival,  Troupe Directors, Chaperones, Volunteers, and Students are agreeing to adhere to the EdTA Code of Conduct.
