Kindly check your inbox and spam folder for any email updates. I usually give specific dates on when the next email update will be for purchasing, and once the items have been shipped out by the supplier. For any other updates or major delays, I send them as soon as I receive them.
For pre-order confirmation emails: These are sent automatically once you submit your order form. Kindly wait for at least an (1) hour. Don't forget to check your spam folders, too. If by then, you still haven't received it, please message or email me so I could check.
For pick up schedules: Please make sure you have settled any remaining balance. I email the pick up schedules once I confirm your payment. Pick up schedules for same-day pick ups are usually from 2-4pm, Thursday-Saturday.

Thank you for so much for the given opportunity, but I'm currently not accepting any sponsorships.
For now, I have not really delved into this, but you may send your reseller proposal if you have any, here: haveacuppa.mnl@gmail.com. Thank you!
Click this link and check if there are any ongoing pre-orders. If there are none, please check the calendar or subscribe to the mailing list to be notified on when the next pre-order batch will open.
You may also check the shop for any on hand available pieces from previous batches.
I would like to promote intentional shopping. ✿
I want you to really think about the item - if you'd really like to purchase it. Kind of like the 'Does it spark joy?' question from Marie Kondo. I've been trying to avoid impulse buys and have been practicing to "think about it for a few days before you order." It would be such a hypocrite move if I wouldn't apply it to Have A Cuppa as well.
No need to reserve a slot since the items are for pre-order. The items I post are rarely limited pieces and you don't need to hurry, as long as you submit your order form before the given deadline.
But if the products are from ceramic artists that have limited pieces, I will be indicating the number of slots in the order form.
Please email me! I'll be glad to check it out if I could open a preorder for them.
Please check the calendar for the schedule! :) You may also subscribe to the mailing list to be notified. I usually send the newsletter a few days before the order form is posted.
Yup! Purchased directly from the manufacturer, supplier, or ceramic artist.
As stated in the order form, I will be contacting the supplier regarding the damaged goods. I could only give a refund of the item if the supplier gives a refund. I will be informing you immediately if your order was damaged in transit. Please note that refunds are a case-to-case basis.
I source them worldwide - from different manufacturers, suppliers, and artists. As of now, I've gotten ceramic pieces from the following countries: Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Turkey, and Russia.
For any on hand available pieces, please check here!
Please send me a photo of the item you'd like to purchase, and I'll try to include them again for the next batch. The availability will depend on the supplier, and if it's a limited piece made by an artist. For the schedule for preorders, kindly check the calendar.
As long as I haven't purchased the items from the supplier yet, you can let me know if you'd like to change some items in your order.
Before submitting an order form, please be a certain that you are 111% SURE THAT YOU WILL PUSH THROUGH WITH YOUR ORDERS.
Once I have purchased the items from the supplier, I cannot give any refunds.
Before submitting an order form, please be a certain that you are 111% SURE THAT YOU WILL PUSH THROUGH WITH YOUR ORDERS.
Once I have purchased the items from the supplier, I'm sorry, but you cannot cancel your orders anymore.
Payment options are the following:
BDO (Banco de Oro)
GCash
Maya
PayPal (additional 7% + Php50 of total price for transaction fees)
[Type 1] Pre-orders via sea shipping: 1 payment round
Payment: Item price already includes the shipping and import/customs fees
[Type 2] Pre-orders via Air Shipping: 2 payment rounds
First Payment: Item price + International shipping fee
Second Payment: Local import/customs fees
[Type 3] Pre-orders for Ceramic Artists: 3 payment rounds
First Payment: Item price
Second Payment: International shipping fee
Third Payment: Local import/customs fees
Fees will depend on the total number of items ordered from that batch and from which country it will come from. I divide the total shipping fee and import/customs fees with the total number of items ordered in the batch.
To give you an idea: for Japan Group Orders, on average, the international shipping fee is Php350 per item and the import/customs fees are Php250 per item.
I'm located in Quezon City, Philippines. I ship nationwide and use LBC for the courier.
As for international orders, I can only ship them with express tracking, for me to be sure that you will receive them. Please email me for international orders.
