The Clips

The clips are designed to be printed with PLA. Other plastics that are sturdy and hold shape over a long period of time can also be used.

Side Clips

The side clips are to be placed on the sides of the bill of the hat. Their OBJ file is called SideClip. Note there is only one of the clips in the file, so duplicate it to print a pair. The clip has a 45 degree angle so that the surface by the connection is parallel to the shield.

Front Clip

The front clip is designed to be placed at the very front of the bill of the hat. The clip has a curve in order to match the curve in the shield. The OBJ file is called FrontClip.

The files for the clips may change over time, but these current clips are what has been found to work best after countless versions of clips.
