- General
- Respect the chain of command.
- Take your role seriously and make sure that you Role Play to the best of your ability so yourself and others can have a great experience.
- Make sure you present yourself with a calm and respectful manner.
- Make sure that all dispatches are responded to.
- Incident Support Units have to have ISU in front of their name.
- All other ranks have to have HA in front of their name.
- When playing as rebel you are NOT to have Highways Agency tags on.
- You are NOT to use or carry any weapons unless your life is threatened. (Proof Needs to be provided).
- You must have a toolkit on you at all times.
- Do not place random objects around the map.
- You are not to wear anything covering your face.
- You are not above the law and you will respect every soul on Altis.
- Stay away from combat situations.
- NEVER build in Green Zones.
- NEVER drop your backpack if you are being robbed as the texture is invisible and it would be considered exploiting.
- You have two weeks to do your Traffic Officer training after receiving your promotion (Failure to do so will result in a demotion).
- TeamSpeak
- You must be on TeamSpeak at all times when on duty as HATO.
- You must have the same name in game as TeamSpeak (Exempt Tags).
- Vehicles
- The owner of any large vehicles such as Trucks, Helicopters and special vehicles (E.G Ifrits) must be messaged before impounding.
- All other vehicles require a verbal call out.
- Do not impound any vehicles that have been involved in a crime. Ask a Police Officer first.
- Do not clamp emergency service vehicles.
- If a car is in a dangerous position. Impound it instead of clamping it.
- Always call out before clamping.
- You are not to clamp any air or sea vehicles.
- Avoid traffic accidents by driving on the right hand side of the road and using your headlights at night.
- Any vehicle you spawn is your responsibility and must not be left unattended.
- Lock your vehicle at all times.

Remember you are representing this faction in game and out. If any of these rules are broken you could face removal from the Highways Agency.
