Craig Beall is a senior lecturer at the University of Exeter and a translational biomedical scientist interested in understanding the clinically relevant problems of relevance to people with diabetes.
Craig is a current or recent a member of a number of committees in the UK including:
Society for Endocrinology Science Committee and the Leadership and Development Awards Selection Committee
JDRF Scientific Advisory Council
Diabetes UK Clinical Studies Group (Long-term management and glycaemic control)
Craig contributes to teaching on the Neuroscience and Medical Sciences programmes and the BMBS Medicine programme, including the following modules:
Science communication
Neuroendocrinology
Personal academic tutor for Neuroscience students
In his spare time, Craig enjoys running and cycling (and the occasional triathlon), walking his dog Errol and a little woodwork.

Amani Gardner is a recent Neuroscience graduate from the University of Exeter currently training in Scientific communications.
Currently Amani is working with the ExeterNeuroEndo research group and is soon to start work with the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at Exeter.
In her spare time Amani likes to Paint, travel and take her dogs to the beach.
