Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner wellbeing. “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Surya Shakti
“Surya” means “Sun”, and “Shakti” means “energy”. Surya Shakti is a complete process. If you can do 108 cycles of Surya Shakti daily, you will be fit; you do not need any other exercise. You will not only be physically fit, but in a different energy state altogether. If you keep it up, Surya Shakti does wonders to your health, as well as your physical and mental states.
Surya Shakti is a variation from Surya Kriya. Surya Shakti has more focus on physical fitness, speed and it generates enormous amount of energy through the process. Surya Kriya has more focus on its stillness and has a much deeper spiritual dimension to it. It is a beautiful combination if you practice them together.
Surya Shakti includes several aspects that enrich one’s life:
▪ Enhance respiratory system and increase lung capacity
▪ Improve cardiovascular system and blood circulation
▪ Massaging and toning of the entire digestive system
▪ Better functioning of kidney resulting effective elimination of waste
▪ Circulation of blood to the skin, increased perspiration and detoxify the blood
This program is open to participants age 14+ regardless of previous experience with yoga.
However it is not suitable for pregnant ladies or people with active hernia.
The Class is split into 2 sessions with 2 hours each (total 4 hours). Both sessions are mandatory.
If you have already learned Surya Kriya, you can attend Surya Shakti session through a review and top up module. This session generally lasts 3.5 hours long including review and correction of Surya Kriya practices as well as learning Surya Shakti as a new practice.
After you learned Surya Shakti, you can always attend a review and top up module to learn Surya Kriya. In that way, you can combine both practices together.
Correction and review sessions are available on a monthly basis. Individual correction is also available, please enquire the teacher’s availability.

Suitable for participants age 12 years old and above. Previous experience with yoga is not needed. Due to the nature of its intensity, this practice is not suitable for pregnant lady.
Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach physical and mental health.
‘Angamardana’ means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. This is a series of 31 processes.
With exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
