Hatch does not collect, sell, share, or transmit any of your data.
We do not have user accounts. We do not use analytics, tracking
SDKs, advertising identifiers, or third-party services. We do not
read your photos, your clipboard, your contacts, or your social
accounts.
Everything you create in Hatch — saved hashtag folders, planned
posts, images you attach, captions, hooks, and preferences — is
stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage
(UserDefaults). It never leaves your phone.
Notifications: when you schedule a post, Hatch creates a local iOS
notification at the time you chose. The notification is delivered
by iOS on-device. No reminder data is sent to any server.
Photo access: when you add an image to a planned post, you select
it through Apple's standard photo picker. Hatch only sees the
image you explicitly pick — we do not request library-wide access.
If we ever change this — for example, to add optional cloud sync —
this policy will be updated and you'll be asked to opt in. The
default will always be: nothing leaves your device.
