A: No. Hatch helps you plan, prepare, and remember — you post on
your own social app. We don't connect to your accounts or touch
your social data in any way.
Q: Do I need an account?
A: No. There is no sign-up, no login, no email required.
Q: Where are my folders and planned posts saved?
A: Locally, on your device only. Nothing is uploaded.
Q: Will I get reminders to post?
A: Yes — if you turn on notifications. Reminders are scheduled
locally by iOS based on the date and time you choose. Hatch
never sends data to a server.
Q: Are the hashtags up to date?
A: We curated the lists for relevance over hype. The bundled list
is updated with each app release.
Q: Does Hatch have ads or tracking?
A: No ads. No tracking. No analytics SDKs. No third-party services.
Q: Can I use my own hashtag sets?
A: Absolutely. Create folders, paste tags, and reuse them anytime.
Q: Why don't I see results from a hashtag search?
A: Try a shorter word — Hatch searches inside our curated lists,
not the live web. Single keywords work best.
Q: Why ask for notification permission?
A: Only so the Post Planner can remind you when it's time to post.
You can decline; the rest of the app works exactly the same.
