Terms of Use for HashTy

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of HashTy ("the App"), developed by Ruben Garcia Figueroa ("we", "us"). By downloading or using HashTy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HashTy on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.

What HashTy Does

HashTy generates hashtag and post suggestions, a Hashtag Score, Shadowban Check signals, and Niche Spy results, and lets you edit reels in Reel Studio (auto-cut, captions, export). Hashtag and post analysis run on-device using Apple's on-device AI models - nothing is sent to our servers for this. The only feature that sends data to an external service is Niche Spy / hashtag search, which sends the text you type to the public Datamuse API to retrieve related words.

Suggestions and scores are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or performance on third-party social platforms.

Your Content

You're responsible for the photos, videos, and text you use in the App. Don't submit or generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the rules of the platforms where you plan to post. Photos and videos you use in AI Studio and Reel Studio are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Connected Accounts

If you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, authentication happens through that platform's own official sign-in flow. We never see or store your password.

Subscription (Auto-Renewing)

HashTy Premium is a single auto-renewing yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited generations, all supported platforms, Reel Studio exports without a watermark, full history, and related Premium features.

• Price and trial: the exact price, currency, and whether a free trial is available are shown in the App and on the App Store product page before you confirm your purchase, and may vary by region and over time.

• - Payment: charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• - Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for another year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• - Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you complete a paid purchase.

• - Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

• - Refunds: all billing is handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions - we do not process payments or refunds directly.

• - Restore purchases: use Restore Purchases in the App to restore a prior purchase on a new device.

Support

HashTy is built and supported by a single independent developer, not a support team. We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time, but we don't guarantee 24/7 or instant support.

Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and branding belong to us or our licensors. The hashtags and captions generated are yours to use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that on-device AI suggestions will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights of EU residents.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence if you're an EU consumer.
