Alternate accounts are not permitted, if there is another account user in your household that would use the same IP please open a ticket to notify staff. If we suspect you are using an alternate account, we will investigate and potentially ban ALL accounts associated with that IP address.
Please review Animal Welfare to ensure you are only keeping animals that are approved as there are many mobs that are not allowed!
Redstone farms of any sort are not allowed as they cause server lag issues.
If you are inactive in-game for over 30 days: we will reach out to you in the form of a ticket to alert you that your claim has expired. You will then have 7 days to reclaim the property, after that time has passed your claim will be unclaimed and all structures and livestock removed. Additionally, you will have up to 30 days to reclaim any horses that were seized. After that time has passed, the horse(s) will enter into the rescue and you will be un-whitelisted.
Any named animals found outside of a claim are to be taken to the lost and found. Any SWEM horses (named or unnamed) that are found outside of a claim are to be taken to the Lost and Found. Please post in the Lost and Found discord channel a screenshot or description of the animal found. If you are able to see the owner of the animal you may want to ping them in the Lost and Found discord channel as well.
Any animals left in the lost and found for more than 14 days will be donated to the rescue or repurposed as needed.
You are not allowed to make your own Nether Portal due to server lag. Please use the waystones to access the Nether.
Please do not harvest items (trees, blocks, mining) in the overworld where the towns are, the Dungeon, or in the Harvest Lands, unless they are on your own claim. You are welcome to gather resources in the nether and the resource world: Blossom Orchard. You can access Blossom Orchard through the waystones or through the scroll in your inventory. This allows the builds to maintain a certain aesthetic.
Any rule breaking or perceived rule breaking will be reviewed and actioned on a case-by-case basis and may result in a ban at the discretion of the staff and owners.
All claims must be minimum two (2) chunks away from other claims, unless the claim owner who was there first has given permission.
Please do not claim over sharestones, waystones, or pathways.
Co-owning claims is not allowed. You can have your claim bordering a friend but all your animals and horses must be within your own claim, with the exception of boarding or training horses (see below for "SWEM horse limits: boarding, leasing, and training").
You must register your claim to be able to receive any in-game upgrades.
Each player is only allowed to have one (1) claim each. Splitting a claim across a road is allowed, but the claimed areas must be within 3 chunks of each other.
All claims must be filled in completely without any empty space in the middle. Exceptions can be made for builds that are in progress, moving, or for sale.
In-game upgrades and Ko-Fi memberships do not stack. Example: if you have Clydesdale Ko-Fi, any of the in-game upgrades would not change your chunk or animal limit. If you have a lower tier of Ko-Fi, plus all in-game upgrades, the higher value is the one which will count for your chunk and animal limits.
The base SWEM horse limit is 8 horses per player, SWEM horses kept in mob balls count towards your limit. The base RHG horse limit is 8 active horses, donkeys, and mules per player.
Foals do not count towards your limit. If you exceed your limit, you will be given a warning in-game and 7 days to fix the issue(s), the first infraction will result in staff seizing the number of animals that are in excess of the given limit. These may be returned to the owner if a help ticket is opened to appeal and the animals may be returned to the player based on circumstances.
Boarding, Leasing, and Training
If you are boarding your horse at another players claim that horse still counts towards the horse owner’s limit. Example: Jessie is boarding a mare at Grimpixls barn. That horse is part of Jessie’s active horse roster and she can only have 7 other active horses at her personal barn.
Leasing a horse to another player, that horse will now be towards the leaser’s active horse limit. If you are a leaser, please ensure to put a sign up to show who the horse is being leased from. Example: Natta leases one of her stallions to Jessie. That stallion still is owned by Natta but Jessie puts a sign up showing that this horse is leased to her and is now occupying a place on Jessie’s roster so she would only be allowed to have 7 other horses active at her personal barn.
Horses that are being trained by another player will still count towards the owner’s active horse limit. If you are offering training services the horse should be kept in a stall and not inside an orb, unless permission has been given from the owner. Example: Uzie has hired Natta to train a stallion. Natta boards the horse at her property while doing training sessions which allows Uzie to stop by to visit his stallion as needed. The horse counts towards Uzie’s active horse limit, so he is able to have 7 personal horses active at his personal barn.
The base Genetic Animal limit is 10 active animals per type per player.
An active animal is defined as one that is currently spawned into the world. An animal that is stored in an orb does not count towards your limit.
