Property Types – Pick Your Vibe

Welcome to Harvest Haven, where your land is more than just a base -  it’s your identity. Whether you're wrangling cattle, growing grapes, building your dream barn, or just vibing with your animals, your claim can grow into something awesome.

All properties start small, but with the right upgrades and creativity, they can become something super cool (and super useful). Pick the type that fits your setup best:

Ranch

Big skies, dusty boots, and a whole lotta animals. Ranches focus on livestock like cattle, pigs, or horses.

Good For:

• Breeding programs 

• Herd management

• Western vibes

• Hosting rodeos or roundups later down the line
  
  

Common Builds:
Barns, round pens, pastures, branding areas, windmills, dusty trails

Farm

You’ve got dirt under your nails and crops on the rise. Farms are all about growing food, tending animals, and living off the land.

Good For:

• Crops and orchards

• Greenhouses or vineyards

• Dairy goats, chickens, and sheep

• Running a market stall or café
  
  

Common Builds:
Fields, trellises, coops, silos, fruit stands, compost piles

Stable

More hay, less hassle. Stables specialize in horses - whether you’re training, boarding, or just spoiling your ponies rotten.

Good For:

• English or western setups

• Hosting clinics or riding lessons

• Training or boarding other players’ horses

Common Builds:
Arenas, tack rooms, round pens, breeding facilities, training barns

Estate

Go big or go home. Estates are massive properties that blend multiple features — a little bit ranch, a little bit farm, and a whole lot of fancy.

Requirements: You’ll need a max-tier claim (through upgrades or Ko-fi).

Good For:

• Multi-animal or multi-purpose builds

• Winery or luxury barns

• Combining multiple businesses

• Hosting big shows or social spaces

Vineyards, courtyards, cafes, event pavilions, long walkways, aviaries

A Few Quick Notes:

• You can only register one property type at a time - but you can always submit an update if your vibe changes!

• Property registration unlocks future perks like brands, trademarks, and business upgrades.

Claim Size Upgrades – How Big Can You Build?

Everyone starts with a cozy claim, but as you grow your farm, stable, or ranch, you can unlock more space, more animals, and more possibilities. Each upgrade comes with more chunks (land), animal slots, and bragging rights.

Upgrades can be earned through in-game money or by being a Ko-fi supporter!

In-Game Tier Path

Buy these upgrades using in-game cash from the Info Center in Thistlebrook!

Notes:

• "SWEM" = High-detail, animated horses

• "RHG" = Mules, donkeys, horses from the Realistic Horse Genetics mod

• "GA Animals" = Realistic pigs, cows, chickens, sheep, etc. (Genetic Animals mod)

• Exotic/wild animals stay capped at 10 of each mob

Ko-fi Subscriber Tiers

Support the server + get perks automatically. No grind required!

Ko-fi tiers are not stackable with in-game upgrades! So you can earn your way up, support to skip the grind, or mix and match as you go. Each in-game tier must be purchased independently. The highest value upgrade will apply to your chunk and animal limits.

How Do I Upgrade?

1. In-game upgrades: Go to the Info Center in Thistlebrook

2. Ko-fi upgrades: Automatically applied while you're subscribed

3. Changing property types: Head to Thistlebrook to fill out your form!

Why Does This Matter?

Upgrades unlock:

• More land for building or expanding your operation

• More animals, breeding options, and flexibility

• Access to trademarks, breeding licenses, and event hosting

Brand Registration

Your mark. Your name. Your herd.

Once your property is registered, you're ready to leave your stamp on the world! A brand is your unique signature used to identify animals you’ve bred, raised, or trained. It can be initials, a symbol, or something totally custom.

Branded animals are eligible for events, auctions, and more once your facility is officially recognized!

Brand Requirements

You’ll need:

• An approved property registration

• $1,000 per brand (maximum of 5)

• A unique brand code that isn’t already in use

• Agreement to only use the brand on animals you’ve bred or raised

Brand Perks

• Mark your animals with a legacy — branded horses are eligible for sale threads, auctions, and (later on) bloodline prestige.

• Appear in the Brand Directory so people know your animals on sight.

• Eventually, tie your brand to a trademark or business, unlocking even more features like custom coats and elite breeding perks.

Trademark Registration

Your identity. Your mission. Your mark on the world.

Registering a trademark lets you go pro. You’ll be able to advertise services, have public stud and broodmare listings, and build a recognizable reputation across the server. Whether you’re breeding foals, selling feed, crafting tack, or hosting events - this is how players start to know you.

Trademark Requirements

You’ll need:

• At least one registered brand

• An approved property registration

• A clear description of what your operation does

Trademark Registration Cost:

Staff-Approved: $50,000
Includes:

• Listing in Trademark Directory

• Use of trademark in public events/sales

• Eligibility for business tier progression

Trademark Perks

Once approved, trademark holders unlock:

• Access to special auction and show channels

• Right to host paid (by the server) official events under your trademark

• Your facility added to the Trademark Directory (like a mini business card!)

• Early access to exclusive coats, resources, or themed events (as the server grows!) 

Facility Tier System

Each player can progress their property/business through five tiers. These unlock new permissions, boost visibility, and allow access to exclusive opportunities.

Tier 1 – Hobby Operation

Just starting out. Keepin’ it cozy.

Automatically available once you’ve registered a brand + property
Cannot advertise studs or sell branded foals
Host un-paid events (unpaid meaning the host won’t get contributions from the server)
Up to 1 SWEM breeding per month
Great for small herds and casual breeders
Players will be issued a Hobby Facility ID which gives them access to the Farming Clubhouse

Tier 2 – Licensed Facility - $10000

Making it official.

Requirements:

• Registered property

• 1 registered brand

• Property Upgrade 2

Unlocks:
Can publicly advertise sales, services, or studs
May participate in server shows, auctions, and breed forums
Branded foals sold must be logged/tracked
Up to 3 SWEM breedings per month
Players will be issued a Licensed Facility ID which gives them access to the Ranching Clubhouse

Tier 3 – Verified Facility $25000

Known. Trusted. Reputable.

Requirements:

• Maintain a visible log for sales/studbook (via Discord or Wiki)

• Pass a simple facility review by staff (screenshots or tour)

• Property Upgrade 4

Unlocks:
2 public studs and unlimited broodmare listings
Hold branded foal sales or breed showcases
Host up to 1 server-paid events per month (earn up to $15,000)
Up to 4 SWEM breedings per month
Branded horses may be sold at town auctions
Players will be issued a Verified Facility ID which gives them access to the Equestrian Clubhouse

Tier 4 – Elite - $50000

Established and influential.

Requirements:

• Property Upgrade 6

• Host at least 1 event (auction, training day, breeding showcase, etc.)

Unlocks:
Host up to 2 server-paid events per month (earn up to $30,000)
Unlimited unpaid event hosting
Unlimited public stud and broodmare listings
Eligible to co-host 1 official event per quarter with staff (includes trophies and prizes)
Players are issued an Elite Facility ID, granting access to the VIP Clubhouse

Trademark & Event Hosting System

Trademarks are the identity of your in-game business, breeding program, or facility. They add prestige, unlock event hosting, and elevate your brand visibility.

EVENT HOSTING PERMISSIONS

Once trademarked, your business becomes eligible to host official events, earning up to $45,000 a month based on your facility tier!

Types of Hostable Events

• Auctions – Must follow staff formatting and approval rules.

• Shows/Clinics – English, Western, halter, or fantasy-themed events.

• Training Days – Skill-based events

• Breed Showcases – For players with verified breeding facilities.

• Seasonal Markets – Sell horses, livestock, food, or crafted goods.
