公開路面報料包含你揀嘅類別同約略位置。只分享自己見到嘅情況，並先喺安全地方停低先發佈。呢啲係未經核實嘅用戶觀察，唔係官方交通資訊，亦唔保證安全或者有泊車位。唔好發假報料，或者用報料針對任何人。報料最多顯示兩小時；你儲存嘅泊車位置唔會被代你公開。 喺更新版提示之後明確發佈嘅抄牌報料，另會以最少資料支援最多七日嘅每日觀察宗數，實際保留同定期刪除安排見私隱政策。舊版本未有更新提示嘅報料唔會加入。統計唔會延長個別報料嘅公開時間，亦唔係抄牌機會或安全泊車評分；冇報料唔代表冇執法。
會員功能會分階段推出。呢一節，同第 7 節講會員功能嘅部分，要等會員功能喺你嘅 App 開放之後先適用。
會員版面係 Haruka 入面其他人可以睇到你寫嘅嘢嘅部分：你嘅會員檔案、帖子、留言同反應。你同 Haruka 嘅對話同你嘅日記唔係會員版面，永遠唔會代你發佈。
你寫嘅嘢擁有權仍然屬於你。發佈即表示你授予我哋一項非專屬、全球性、免版稅嘅許可，可以喺 Haruka 入面儲存、複製、顯示同分發該內容，等佢可以顯示畀你分享嘅對象，亦等我哋可以運作、備份同審核服務。呢項許可只涵蓋呢啲用途，唔涵蓋其他。我哋唔會出售你嘅內容，亦唔會用佢賣廣告。
你要為自己發佈嘅內容負責，並確認你有權分享該內容。
你可以隨時刪除自己嘅帖子同留言。刪除帳戶會移除你嘅檔案、朋友連結、帖子、留言、反應、收過同寄過嘅分享、清單成員記錄，同埋你加入嘅清單項目。如果仲有其他成員，清單名稱、備註同佢哋嘅項目會保留畀佢哋使用同管理，並由其中一位成員接任擁有者。冇成員留下嘅清單會一併刪除。上述許可會繼續適用於保留嘅共用清單文字，用途維持不變；其餘許可隨內容刪除而終止，但備份中已有嘅副本，或者因安全或者法律原因需要保留嘅記錄除外。
你或者任何人喺會員版面發佈嘅內容都唔會用作 Haruka 嘅記憶。會員內容永遠唔會進入你同佢嘅對話。
喺家人近況，收近況嗰位可以喺 App 入面舉報任何一段近況；雙方都可以封鎖對方。舉報之後，嗰段近況會即刻喺舉報人嗰邊收埋。每個舉報都會有真人睇，然後決定將嗰段近況喺雙方度刪除，定係只係喺舉報人嗰邊繼續收埋；我哋唔會話畀寫嗰位知有人舉報。封鎖會結束你哋嘅連結、清走你哋之間嘅近況；封鎖期間，你哋喺家人近況都唔可以再連結。會員功能開放畀你之後，同一個封鎖亦會喺會員功能生效，你可以喺「設定」解除。有威脅、色情、侮辱或者自殘字眼嘅近況同稱呼，傳出去之前就會被擋住。其他事想搵真人，可以電郵第 13 條嘅地址。
屋企清單同家人近況一樣：喺其他人加嘅品項撳「舉報」，嗰樣品項會即刻喺你度收埋；或者封鎖嗰個人，咁亦會結束你哋喺家人近況嘅連結。每條產品留言都可以舉報，亦可以封鎖寫嘅人；被幾個人舉報嘅留言，喺我哋睇緊嗰陣會先收埋。呢啲舉報都有真人睇，我哋目標係 24 小時內處理。
喺駕駛助手，你可以刪除自己嘅公開報料、舉報誤導或者濫用嘅報料，或者封鎖發佈人。你舉報嘅報料會喺你度收埋；封鎖之後，雙方喺駕駛助手都睇唔到對方嘅報料，對方亦唔會收到通知。同一段報料被幾個不同用戶舉報，可以先向所有人收埋，等候審核。發佈人睇唔到邊個舉報。刪除帳戶會刪走你嘅路面報料同相關帳戶記錄。
當會員功能開放時，每個帖子、留言同會員都可以喺 App 內舉報，你亦可以隨時封鎖其他會員。舉報由真人閱讀，我哋目標係 24 小時內處理。你嘅舉報係匿名嘅——被舉報嗰個唔會知道係邊個舉報。
當本條款或者社群守則被違反，我哋可以喺有或者冇通知嘅情況下隱藏或者移除內容、限制帳戶功能、暫停帳戶或者關閉帳戶。被多次舉報嘅內容可能會喺我哋審視期間先隱藏。
嚴重個案可能會向有關當局舉報。我哋會保留移除同暫停嘅記錄，等重複個案可以一致處理。
如果 Haruka 入面有內容侵犯你嘅權利，或者關於你生意嘅產品留言或者整理唔公道，請電郵第 13 節嘅地址，講明係邊件產品或者邊條連結、有咩問題。我哋目標係 24 小時內回覆，並移除違反本條款嘅內容。

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Haruka. By using Haruka you agree to the points below. We may update these terms as the product develops; continued use means you accept the current version.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Haruka. If you are under 18, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use Haruka, and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Not therapy, medical, or emergency
Haruka is an app for chat and journaling. It is not therapy, medical care, emergency support, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
身心近況 shows you your own records — what you slept, ate, did and felt — so you can see how you have been. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you what a symptom means. Talk to a qualified professional about anything that worries you.
Nutrition, allergen and diet information in Shopping lists comes from public records and simple label rules. It is general information, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not medical or dietary advice. Always check the pack. If you have an allergy or a health condition, ask a doctor or a dietitian.
If you may be in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. AI replies may be wrong
Haruka’s replies are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
Please do not rely on Haruka for professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.
Optional voice replies use ElevenLabs. A new recording uses the character allowance shown in voice settings; replaying a saved file does not generate it again. Playback may be unavailable, and pronunciation or tone may vary. Daily Luck offers original reflections for cultural entertainment, not predictions or a basis for important decisions. None of these features guarantees a particular outcome. Letters from Haruka and the suggestion cards under a reply are written or picked by AI from your own words and may get details wrong; check a suggested plan before you add it.
4. City tools, shopping and travel information
The city tools show transport, route, place and map information drawn from public data and from live services run by others. Arrival times, routes, fares and opening hours can be wrong, late, or change without notice. Check before you rely on them, keep your attention on the road, and follow the operator’s own announcements.
Trip alerts and Explore run only while you keep them on, and they depend on your phone, its signal and its battery. They are a convenience, not a guarantee that you will be told in time. Some city data is downloaded to your device for use inside Haruka only; the sources are credited in the app.
Supermarket GaGala compares public product information from the Consumer Council and the retail sources named in the app. Prices, availability and product coverage depend on the source and its update time; confirm the price and stock with the retailer before buying. Dated delivery fees and minimum orders may change, and old or unconfirmed fees are shown as unknown. A store or product link opens the retailer’s own site. Haruka does not sign in, fill a retailer cart, order or pay for you; any purchase is between you and the retailer. Recipe ingredient lists and quantities are suggestions you review, not a purchase or a guarantee that every item is stocked. “What people say online” is Haruka’s own reviewed summary of public discussion, not a quotation, rating or user review.
Use Haruka for any illegal purpose.
Harass, bully, threaten, or stalk another person, or encourage anyone else to.
Post hateful or discriminatory content, or attack someone for who they are.
Post sexual content, or anything that sexualises a child.
Post content that promotes violence, self-harm, or other dangerous acts.
Share another person’s private information — their address, phone number, identity documents, or images — without their permission.
Post spam or scams, advertise, or pretend to be someone you are not.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its safety controls.
Use Haruka in a way that violates the rights of others or any applicable law.
Post reviews or comments you were paid for or that promote your own shop, or claim that a product treats, cures or prevents an illness.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Haruka. Content that breaks this section is removed, and the account behind it can be suspended or closed.
The Community Guidelines describe the same rules in plainer words and form part of these Terms. You can open them from Family updates, public reports in Driving, and before your first comment on a product, and from Settings → About once member features are available to you.
Some parts of Haruka show what you add to other people without member features: items on a Home list (everyone on that list) comments on products (everyone who uses Haruka), and public road reports in Driving (signed-in users). The rules in this section apply there too. You keep ownership of what you add, and you give us the limited licence described in section 6 so we can show it to those people and run, back up and moderate the service. Items you added stay on a Home list for the others if you leave it; deleting your account removes them.
Public road reports contain a chosen category and an approximate location. Publish only what you observed, only after you have stopped safely. These are unverified user observations, not official traffic information or a guarantee of safety or parking availability. Do not post misleading reports or use them to target anyone. Reports are shown for up to two hours. Your saved parked-car location is not published for you. Enforcement reports explicitly published after the updated notice also supply minimal inputs for up to seven days of daily observation counts. The Privacy Policy explains retention and periodic deletion; older versions without the updated notice do not participate. Counts do not extend an individual report’s public visibility and are not enforcement probabilities or safe-parking scores. No reports does not mean no enforcement.
6. Your content on member surfaces
Member features are rolling out gradually. This section, and the parts of section 7 about member features, apply to you only once member features are available in your app.
Member surfaces are the parts of Haruka where other people can see what you write: your member profile, your posts, your comments, and your reactions. Your chats with Haruka and your journal are not member surfaces and are never posted for you.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, display, and distribute it inside Haruka, so it can be shown to the people you shared it with and so we can operate, back up, and moderate the service. That licence covers those purposes and nothing else. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
You can delete your own posts and comments at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, connections, posts, comments, reactions, sent and received shares, list membership and the list items you added. If other members remain, the shared list’s title, note and their items remain for them to use and manage; a remaining member becomes the owner. A list with nobody left is deleted. The licence above continues for surviving shared-list text for these same service purposes. Otherwise it ends with the deleted content, apart from copies already held in backups or records needed for safety or legal reasons.
Nothing you or anyone else posts on a member surface is used as Haruka’s memory. Member content never enters your conversations with her.
7. Reporting, removal, and suspension
In Family updates (家人近況), the person who receives updates can report any update from inside the app, and either person can block the other. A report hides that update for the person who reported it straight away. A person reviews every report and either removes the update for both people or leaves it hidden only for the reporter; we do not tell the writer about the report. Blocking ends the connection and removes the updates between you, and while the block stays in place neither of you can connect again in Family updates. Once member features are available to you, the same block also applies there, and you can undo it in Settings. Updates and names with threats, sexual content, insults or self-harm words are stopped before they are sent. To reach a person about anything else, email the address in section 13.
Home lists work like Family updates: tap Report on an item someone else added and it’s hidden for you straight away, or block that person, which also ends your Family updates connection. Every comment on a product can be reported and its writer blocked, and a comment reported by several people is hidden while we look at it. A person reviews these reports, and we aim to act within 24 hours.
In Driving, you can delete your own public report, report a misleading or abusive report, or block its author. A report you flag is hidden from you; blocking hides both people’s reports from each other in Driving, without notifying the other person. Several distinct reports of abuse can hide a road report from everyone while it is reviewed. The author is not shown who flagged it. Deleting your account removes your road reports and the related account records.
When member features are available, every post, comment, and member can be reported from inside the app, and you can block another member at any time. Reports are read by a person, and we aim to act within 24 hours. Your report is anonymous — the person you report is not told who reported them.
We may hide or remove content, limit what an account can do, suspend an account, or close it, with or without notice, when these Terms or the Community Guidelines are broken. Content that is reported repeatedly may be hidden while we look at it.
Serious cases may be reported to the authorities. We keep a record of removals and suspensions so that we handle repeat cases consistently.
If something in Haruka infringes your rights, or a product comment or summary about your business is unfair, email the address in section 13 with the product or link and what is wrong. We aim to reply within 24 hours and remove what breaks these Terms.
You can request deletion of your account and app data from inside the app. See the Privacy Statement for details on what is removed and what may remain.
9. Service changes and availability
Haruka may change, be paused, or be unavailable at times, including during maintenance, outages, or as the product evolves. Features may be added, removed, or modified.
AI features have a monthly usage limit for each account and an overall limit for the whole service. When a limit is reached, some AI replies pause until the limit resets on the 1st of the next month.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haruka is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haruka and its makers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Haruka.
These Terms are shown in the language you chose for the app. If the versions ever differ, the English version governs.
