An innovative and results-driven Library & Information Science (LIS) professional with over 14+ years of extensive experience in managing library operations. Currently serving as a Librarian (Associate Professor - AL 13A) at the Knowledge Resource Centre of Prof. Sambhajirao Kadam College, Deur (Dist. Satara, Maharashtra).

Holding a strong academic foundation, I have completed my graduation in Economics and Library & Information Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Additionally, I have earned an M.Lib. & I.Sc. from Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune, and an M.Phil. in LIS from YCMOU, Nashik. Presently, I am pursuing doctoral research in LIS at KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (Maharashtra).

With prior experience in reputed research organizations such as the Research & Development Establishment (Engineers), DRDO, and the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune, I have honed my expertise in managing academic and research libraries effectively.

As a committed professional, I am a life member of several esteemed professional organizations, including the Indian Library Association (ILA), New Delhi, Academic Library Association (ALA), Thrissur (Kerala), LIS Academy, Bengaluru, Maharashtra University and College Librarians Association (MUCLA), Shivaji University College Librarians Association (SUCLA), and Shivaji University Teachers’ Association (SUTA).

Actively participating in professional seminars and conferences, I have contributed extensively to national and international research journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters, showcasing my commitment to knowledge dissemination and academic growth.
