I am Harsha Kalutarage, Associate Professor of Cyber Security in the School of Computing, Engineering and Technology (SOCET) at Robert Gordon University (RGU), where I lead the Cyber Security group. My research interests span cyber security, security data analytics, AI for security, and the security of AI-enabled systems.
Before joining RGU, I worked as a Senior Research Engineer in Security Data Analytics at the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT), Queen’s University Belfast. Prior to that, I was a postdoctoral researcher on the EPSRC-funded App Collusion Detection (ACID) project, a collaboration involving Swansea University, Coventry University, City, University of London, and Intel Security/McAfee.
