Hopper motor that ripped apart in the construction of the coin sorter.
For my test procedure, I tested the speed of my project through a race. A competition to determine which amount of money is faster but also collecting data for their speed simultaneously. The victors of both videos are Pennies and Dimes. Both their first and second trials compare to each other in rate. My opinion is, I think it's because of how lightweight pennies and dimes are. Each test result came back slightly different. Nickels for trial 1 went at a speed of 13 seconds, and for trial two, it came back as 14 seconds. Trials1 and 2 came back as 15 seconds for quarters. Pennies and dimes test speeds were slightly close at 9 seconds (pennies) and 7 seconds (dimes). Test #2 for pennies and dimes came back with the same results at a speed of 8 seconds.
The winner of the race is silver. This project works at a 100% accuracy rate.
