Harmonies of Hope was founded in 2022 by Breton Sego as a way to give back to the community through music. What began as a heartfelt charity dinner concert to benefit the Grief Center of New Mexico raised over $14,000 in its first year—thanks to the incredible efforts of Breton, his friends and family, and the generous support of local businesses throughout Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.
Now entering its fourth year, Harmonies of Hope continues to grow and evolve. This year, the event will shift from a dinner and concert format to a full-scale concert experience hosted at the Rio Rancho High School Performing Arts Center, in partnership with Rio Rancho High School’s Thespian Troupe 5812.
At the helm once again are Aaron Christensen and Jack Skousen, both rising sophomores at Rio Rancho High School. Now in their second year organizing the event, Aaron and Jack are proud to carry on the legacy of Harmonies of Hope, following in the footsteps of past leaders like Nora Gilbreth and founder Breton Sego. With the support of the Rio Rancho High School Thespians, they are preparing a powerful and inspiring evening to benefit the Grief Center and bring the community together through music.
Join us for a night of music, hope, and community!
