Rugby Football Union (RFU) regulations require players to register online with their Club each season, within 45 days of the start of the season or from first joining the club. Registration is straight forward, using the Game Management System (GMS) website, developed by the RFU and England Rugby. A parent or guardian for each child player will also need to register on GMS.
RFU regulations also require all players to check and update their registration details annually. Guidance on how to register for the first time, and update your annual registration, are included below.
If you are new to GMS, follow the links and steps provided below to complete your profile setup, add a profile for your son or daughter and to register them with Harlequin Amateurs RFC.
Click on the link above to access the GMS 'new account creation' page and add the requested details.
The guidance notes below provide an overview of the simple registration process for players (and parents). If you are unable to view the guidance notes, click here to download them to your device.
To maintain an accurate registration record of all players, the RFU requires all players to annually re-register with their Club on GMS. This process is straight forward and quick to complete by logging on to your existing GMS account, with your unique username and password, and following the onscreen instructions to 're-register'.
If you have any difficulties with updating you GMS registration, please do not hesitate to email us with your questions.
Additional guidance provided by the RFU can also be accessed from the links below. If you still have difficulties with your account creation, please do not hesitate to email us with your question.
