Harlequin Amateurs RFC use Pitchero to help manage player registrations, payments and communications and to keep members updated about upcoming events, training, matches, player availability and selection.

Each player, and their parent or guardian (if the player is under 18), is required to register with the Club on Pitchero. 

For Minis and Youth registration, please create your adult Pitchero account first, before creating the account of your son or daughter. 

Senior players are also required to register on Pitchero.

Rugby Football Union (RFU) regulation requires players to be club registered online each season, within 45 days of the start of the season or from first joining the club. 

Registration is straight forward, using the Game Management System (GMS) website, developed by the RFU and England Rugby. 

For Minis and Youth registration, a parent or guardian for each child player will also need to register on GMS.  

Senior players are also required to register on GMS.

RFU regulations also require all players to check their details and re-register with their club annually.
