Internship Experience:
Networks Connect Healthcare Staffing: Healthcare Recruiter and Scheduler
January 2022 - March 2022
As an intern at Networks Connect Healthcare Staffing, I worked on recruiting healthcare professionals to pick up part time job opportunites. I also worked with a scheduling team for the state of Indiana to help Networks Connect's partnered facilities staffed. This included calling RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and QMA's to staff facilities that were in need of healthcare professionals. As a recruiter, I called and communicated with potential clients about onboarding to get activated in the system to be able to pick up PRN work. This also included organizing credentials, obtaining credentials, and submitting I-9 Forms and tax forms for the onboarding process.
Martin Petroleum INC: Assistant Manager
March 2018 - Present
As an assistant manager at Martin Petroleum, I have the opportunity to manage and supervise employees. I oversee all management functions such as directing business expenditures, and business accounts for the organization. I also match invoices to delivery orders to see if orders are fully fulfilled. Lastly, I also led a store improvement plan which required me to allocate funds and compare construction companies costs and plans. This will ultimately help me with knowledge about paying attention to detail in healthcare as every little thing matters.
Big Boy INC: Manager
April 2017 - March 2018
At Big Boy INC, I had the amazing opportunity to become a lead manager. This job role consisted of me interviewing employees for potential hiring positions, as well as creating a work schedule for all employees and managers. I had the great opportunity to file and organize tax filings through a business accountant as well. This will allow me to organize my professional healthcare career, and be able to lead a team in healthcare as well. This will provide a tremendous amount of experience in leadership and management experience.
Volunteering Experience:
ISCA IUPUI: Volunteer
August 2018 - May 2019
On ISCA, I worked on volutneering for the whole organization. I helped with guest transportation and event coordiation, as well as assisting with the plan and excution. I was able to gain great experience in team roles. This will allow me to work in a large team and be a compatiable teammate
