As part of the induction learners need to complete a MS Form.
The link below opens the template that needs to be duplicate for each class.

1-Open the link below and press duplicate. You need to have a new form for each class.

2-Once duplicated rename it using the class details.

3-Click onto collect responses

4-Get the Copy link to share in Teams with your class
