Research Interests
Core-level X-ray spectroscopy
We are developing a computational package for simulating core-level x-ray spectroscopy spectra based on ab-initio and/or many-body theories such as local density approximation and dynamical mean-field theory.
Correlated electron systems
We are theoretically studying correlated electron systems (e.g. transition-metal and rare-earth compounds) with functional properties such as superconductivity, magnetism, metal-insulator transition.
Ordering Phenomena
We study ordering phenomena of charge, spin and orbital degrees of freedom in correlated electron systems with potential applications to electronics and spintronics devices.
