Honeybees

This is spring honey, characteristically lighter in color, but oh so rich in flavor! Packed away, buy the bees, during the height of basswood pollination, this honey has just a hint of mint among the wildflower flavor.

Our Italian honeybees came in packages from California, retiring from pollinating almond trees to a cooler climate where they can settle in and live the good life.
