In 1968 Franklin Nichols formed a corporation Nichols Land and Timber Management in which he put his land and savings so that the money would be able to support the land sustainability. Although Grandpa Nichols was would not have envisioned a beach property, he did want his descendants to connect with nature and to respect their natural environment and he envisioned a company in which family members worked together on a common cause.
Richard and Caroline brought their family up going to the beach and enjoying time close to the water. They always enjoy time by the ocean and share their love of gardening and landscaping with their children.
