Rental Rates + 14.45% Tax (if under 30 days) and a $150 cleaning fee for all rentals 

1800 per month September to May

1800 per week June, July, August

5000 per month June, July, August   lodging tax if only one month not if over 31 days.

Apartment B  has the garden entrance with the 3 windows.  The patio is not viewable in the more distant picture because it is around the corner from the windows.  

This unit has a smaller living space than Apartment A.  It is more like a hotel suite. The chair is a pullout twin bed with a 4 inch matress and probably more comfortable for a child than an adult.  The bed is queen size. 

There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is a grill available for this unit as well as bike storage in the shed. 

Walking distance to the beach (Keyes Beach .3 miles, Kalmus .8 miles)
