Our style of Capoeira is Capoeira Angola de Sao Bento Grande, a style of the art hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. While there are numerous reasons to learn Capoeira, I offer four basic reasons below:

This dynamic class will introduce you to African American, Afro-Cuban, and Afro-Puerto Rican martial arts. You will learn striking, grappling, stick-fighting, and more! This class will feature:
The African American fighting art of 52 Blocks, which specializes in offensive defense
The dynamic Afro-Puerto Rican stick-fighting and blade-fighting arts of Cocobalé and Calinda, in addition to Cocolembe, which features striking and grappling
The rare Afro-Cuban art of El Juego Mani, which features striking, grappling, and weapons

Tuition
Two classes per week (Capoeira and Afro-Diasporan Combat Arts): $100 a month
One class per week (Capoeira or Afro-Diasporan Combat Arts): $60 a month
