A sitter is someone who is responsible for the presentable, safe and orderly environment of the house, garden and your pets during the owner's absence.

The sitter acts as the first point of contact for staff and neighbors when it comes to defects, malfunctions or other problems.

1. Monitor the cleanliness of the villa and its immediate surroundings.

2. Inspect the rooms, entrances and the immediate surroundings of the villa daily.

4. Mediate in any conflict situations, for example nuisance to neighbors, and/or referral to the owner or other authorities.  

5. Act as the first point of contact for staff in case of problems.  

8. At the request of the owner, assess technical problems in the home yourself,

 (and either resolve immediately or refer) 

9. Identifying and solving simple irregularities in indoor and outdoor areas.

10. Ensure that there are no unauthorized persons around the villa, if necessary address suspicious persons) 

11. Providing assistance and providing information to contractors regarding any work. 

12. Checking the cleaning work and green maintenance carried out.

13. Timely involvement of external agencies in case of (technical) problems in and around the villa. 

16. Monitoring the proper execution of cleaning work and other services by third parties.
