Hailey has an Early Education Hons degree and has been part of Hackney's Early Years and Education for over 25 years. Starting as a SENCO in a local nursery, she went on to manage areas within Rushmore primary schools and has contributed to NHS parent support projects and media appearances.

Urszula has been a valued member of the Happitime team for nearly 10 years. She holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification and numerous others, including certifications in Diabetes Management, Autism Awareness, SENCO training, and Paediatric First Aid.
