How do you know if your chakras are out of balanced? If you are out of balance, you will know it immediately! Your clues will be that you feel awful, depressed, or that something is not right. What makes it sad is that most people don’t know why they feel this way. It can start with an empty feeling, sometimes it start in the heart or the stomach and if the “emptiness” is not addressed, the “emptiness” spreads throughout the body. There may be days you feel like you can’t get out of bed. After a long time of not knowing what it is, in some cases, health illness can develop.

What is going on? You may be voicing your concerns to anyone who is willing to listen to you, your body, your biggest advocate has probably has been telling you for a long time what is not right. Most people don’t pick up on their own clues. In fact, most people ignore what their bodies are telling them. By continuing to ignore your body, your body decides to catch your attention by developing health issues. In many of my clients, health issues usually start in the gastrointestinal, respiratory or in the jaw. Now the discomfort forces you to stop and look for help! You thoughts may turn to calling your doctor, a specialist or even a holistic practitioner?

What’s happening to your chakras? They are getting blocked with negative energies! How does the blockage begin? It usually starts with how aware you are of your life style. Are you living a balanced life? Are you stressed out of your mind? Are you over-scheduled? Do you take time to breathe? (We hope you are not breathing like a dying fish) What do you do you do for yourself? Are your worries overwhelming you? Get the picture???

Blocked Charkas – When a chakra becomes blocked, damaged, or muddied with residual energy, then our physical and emotional health is usually affected. Another way to know when your chakras are blocked, your mood announces your energy level. Are you in a bad mood often? Are the people closes to you now hiding from you or not returning your calls? Does this sound familiar?

What does a balanced chakra feel like? Calm, peaceful, less or no anxiety and balanced. Chances are good that you can handle stressful situations pretty well. If your energy is positive, the energy will flow evenly from the top of your head to your feet with ease.

Who can achieve balanced chakras? Everyone with practice, awareness and education.

How Do We Open Chakras? If our chakras are opened and moving, energy runs from the top or our heads to our sacral chakra and up again (in a circle). If one of the chakras becomes blocked, this energy cannot move through it and all other chakras become affected and deprived. In time, with lack of energy, the chakra becomes weaker and eventually illness and disease can set in. When we start to feel “off,” the first thing we must do is to check in with ourselves and feel our body. We must start to be conscious of how we feel, but mostly important don’t ignored how you feel.

What are Chakras? The word “chakra” has Hindu (Sanskrit) roots and means “wheel or disk”. All living creatures have chakras. These energy vortexes are the channels through which energy flows. Chakras are “entry gates” of the aura (our personal energy field that surrounds us.) Within the physical body resides a spiritual body that contains the chakras.

Where Do Your Chakras live? There are seven main chakras located along the central line of the body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. There are twenty one-minor charkas throughout the body. Chakras are energy centers that receive, assimilate, and express life force energy. They are responsible for the person’s physical, mental, and spiritual functions.

How Do Chakras Affect Us? Chakras are constantly rotating and vibrating. The activities in the chakras influence our body shape, glandular processes, chronic physical ailments, thoughts, and behavior. When one or more of the chakras are blocked, the energy does not flow harmoniously, or if they are too open, it will result an energy imbalance.

Chakras and the Physical Body – Every chakra has corresponding organs in our physical system. When clients come in with specific health issues, almost immediately, I can tell which chakras are affected.

First chakra, also known as the “root” chakra, is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the color red. This chakra that is associated with being grounded and with having strong survival instincts. The large intestine, rectum, and some function of the kidneys are associated with the first chakra. The root chakra is powerfully related to our contact with the Earth Mother. When balanced and healthy, it brings us health, prosperity, security, stability, connectedness, energy and dynamic presence.

Second chakra, also know as our “sacral” chakra is located below the naval. This chakra color is orange and governs creativity and emotion. The reproductive system, testicles and ovaries, urinary bladder, sexuality, and the kidneys are associated with the second chakra. this chakra is also about friendliness, creativity, and emotions. When balanced, it brings the ability to feel and flow with emotions freely and to reach out to others sexually and otherwise.

Third chakra also known as our “solar plexus” chakra is located between the rib cage and navel, it's the center for our identity, and is associated with the color yellow. The organs that are associated with the third chakra are liver, gall bladder, stomach, spleen, and the small intestine. It governs our personal pwer, ego, passions, impulses, anger, fear and strength. It's also the center for astral travel and influences, receptivity of spirit guides and psychic development. When balanced, we enjoy a healthy relationship to the world, people, places, and things. We feel content, trusting and that we're connected and belong.

Fourth chakra is the “heart” chakra and is associated with the color green, and also the color rose, which is the “color of love.” This chakra is connected with emotion, self-love, harmony, trust, and growth. The heart and arms are associated with the fourth chakra also. It's the balance point for all the chakras. It governs our relationships and how we interact with other people. When balanced, it allows us to love deeply, brings a sense of peace, serenity, compassion, friendliness and lets us see the good in everyone.

Fifth chakra is the “throat” chakra. It is located at the throat and is blue in color. It governs communication and truth. The lungs and the throat are associated with the fifth chakra. It effects creativity, communication, expression, excitement, intuition, sound, self-expression and the search for truth. when healthy, you may feel balanced, centered, musically or artistically inspired, and may be a good speaker. Fear is neutralized so you're not afraid to express yourself in situations.

Sixth chakra is located between the two eyes and is considered the “third eye” chakra and is indigo blue in color. This chakra is connected with intuition, vision, and psychic vision. The brain, face, nose, and eyes are associated with the sixth chakra. It's for intelligence, intuition, imagination, visualization and psychic power. It controls all higher mental activities. When healthy and balanced, it allows us to see clearly, to see the big picture.

Seventh chakra is at the crown of the head, and is the color of violet. This chakra is our connection to our “higher selves” and to the “divine.” The seventh chakra does not have a corresponding organ but is related to the whole being. this chakra connects you with a higher world beyond the universal. It represents our belief system, both conscious and unconscious. It is the center of spirituality, enlightenment, dynamic thought and energy. When healthy and balanced, it allows for the inward flow of knowledge, wisdom, understanding, knowing and bliss.

*Distance Treatment: You (client) do not have to be in-office for these services. You can be anywhere. How it works: once you book an appointment, you will be contacted by someone at Happie Soul. At the time of the appointment, your therapist will reach out to begin your treatment. You may wish to remain on the phone, or video chat (whatever you and your therapist decide upon); or perhaps you would want to relax so you turn off the phone, set a timer for the length of treatment if you wish, and put on relaxing music. Once the timer goes off, give yourself a few minutes to relax. You may call your therapist and discuss your treatment. However, most clients will simply wait a few days before reaching out to let their therapist know how things have been going.
