Somatic approaches are used to engage the relationship between mind, body, brain, and behavior. Somatic massage therapy is a specific type of massage that focuses on all the muscles, bones, and connective tissues in the body. By focusing on this system, somatic massage therapy can help improve posture and movement, relieve pain, and promote healing. Conversation post treatment is included in the length of your treatment. Various upgrades are included FREE as needed. Reiki, Hot Stone, Cupping and more.

It's important to note that "mind" is not synonymous with brain. Instead, in our definition, the mind consists of mental states such as thoughts, emotions, beliefs, attitudes, and images. The brain is the hardware that allows us to experience these mental states.
Mental states can be fully conscious or unconscious. We can have emotional reactions to situations without being aware of why we are reacting. Each mental state has a physiology associated with it—a positive or negative effect felt in the physical body. For example, the mental state of anxiety causes you to produce stress hormones.
Many mind-body therapies focus on becoming more conscious of mental states and using this increased awareness to guide our mental states in a better, less destructive direction.

Relaxation Massage with Reiki
Relaxation Massage (Swedish) uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. With Reiki a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. These two treatments are combined from beginning to end for the ultimate in healing and relaxation.

Meno-ssage (Meno-Free Support Massage)
This treatment was created to offer support for women in the peri-menopausal and menopausal phases in life. Therapeutically infused with beneficial essential oils like ylang-ylang and geranium that will hydrate the skin and uplift the senses and homeopathic remedies that offer support.
