Description (Length: up to a paragraph, responses may be brief for elementary school students.)

How does your design connect to discoveries made in Holmdel
Inspiration Statement: (Length: Elementary: 1–2 sentences; Middle/High School: 3–5 sentences; College: 1 short paragraph): What inspired your design, and what message does it share about discovery, innovation, and/or the future? Connect your idea to discovery or innovation, reference Holmdel discoveries (space, communication, etc.), share what excites you about the future of STEM, and/or explain why your design matters.
***All submitted work must be entirely original and created solely by the participants. Mentorship, guidance, and feedback are permitted; however, the use of artificial intelligence tools, generated content, plagiarism, or unauthorized assistance is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. By entering the competition, participants confirm that their submission complies fully with these originality requirements.
Guidelines for Submission
Individual or team submissions (maximum 4 students per team). One submission per team/student.
K–12 students must have an adult sponsor (teacher or parent/legal guardian). A teacher or parent/guardian must submit the registration on behalf of a team for K-12 students.
Each student must have a signed consent form (see below).
