Job Market Manual
I was the placement coordinator at UCL in 2020/2021 and wrote a manual for the academic job market in philosophy. It was written with MPhil and PhD students at UCL in mind, but it may be of use to applicants from other departments or even other disciplines.
I have mostly written this myself, but in certain parts I have drawn liberally from job market guidance by other people, including Hannah Carnegy-Arbuthnott, Alan Hajek, Julia Staffel, and Ray Briggs.
