You let us know when you need your tank filled. You’ll keep an eye on your propane tank gauge, and when your tank is at 30%, give us a call.
Check the percent of LP remaining in the tank on a REGULAR BASIS to avoid running out.
A service charge will be applied for out-of-gas calls.
Routine Delivery:
We’ll automatically have your propane delivered at regular intervals.
How Many Gallons Do I Have Left in My Tank?
Your propane gas gauge is located under the dome at the top of the tank. Reading your propane gas gauge is not complicated. You’ll see bold black numbers encircling the gauge and a single pointer needle. The pointer will indicate a number that represents a percentage. Due to the physical properties of propane, your tank is considered full at 80% (allowing for the expansion of propane vapor). A propane tank is in IMMEDIATE NEED of refilling at 20%. For your safety and protection, it is best to fill your tank BEFORE the gauge goes below 20%.

Pay-As-You-Go:
You are billed for the current price of LP, applicable Sales Tax, and PERC fees. An invoice is sent to you after delivery. You pay by the payment terms.
Contracting LP Gas:
100% Pre-Pay Plan
Locked in propane price for gallons contracted
You pay one lump sum for the locked-in purchase price of LP, applicable Sales Tax, and PERC fees included in the contract.
Invoice/Receipt sent to you for your records after delivery. Customer deposit pre-paid will be credited to your invoice for the gallons delivered.
Budget Level Payment Plan
Locked in propane price for gallons contracted
Purchase price of LP, applicable Sales Tax, and PERC fees included in the contract
You pay monthly. This type of contract provides you with the privilege of paying for your propane in equal monthly installments
Invoice/Receipt sent to you for your records after delivery.
$0.10 Down Pre-Pay Plan
Locked in propane price for gallons contracted
You pay $0.10 down on all gallons contracted
You are billed at your contracted price of LP, and applicable Sales Tax and PERC fees will be charged at the time of delivery. $0.10/gallon pre-paid will be credited to your invoice for the gallons delivered.
