I'd like to measure the different chips voltage so if someone could help me find and download the HannStar J MV-7 94V-0 E89382 service manual it would be great.

Hi, I get 3v on the first pin of the bios chip, and 0v on the pin 8 is that normal?
According to the schematics diagram in the manual and datasheets, I should have 1.8v there, right?
