Junior Coaches is a program designed to empower students to take an active role in conflict resolution and leadership during recess. Through this initiative, selected students receive training on how to mediate conflicts, facilitate positive interactions, and promote a safe and inclusive playground environment. The program enhances student confidence, improves behavior, and fosters a collaborative school culture by equipping young leaders with essential skills in communication and problem-solving.
