Theatre is where I got my start, where I built the foundation for everything I do: design, organization, project management, performance and public speaking, collaboration, and more. As a Theatre Arts Educator for seven years, I expanded that foundation to include leadership, teaching and training, instructional design, and strategic planning.

It was here, in the cross-section of Theatre and Education, that I created some of my most meaningful work and navigated some of my greatest challenges. 

And through those experiences, I forged the principles that now guide my work in every project I take on:
Purposeful curiosity, Intentional Excellence, and Resilient Collaboration.
