Background

I am from a small, rural town called Wassaic in the state of New York. I graduated as Valedictorian of my class from Webutuck High School located in Amenia, NY. I spent my time involved in sports such as soccer, basketball, cross-country, and track in addition to clubs such as Honor Society and Spanish Club, while holding the roles of class secretary and student school board representative. I occupied my free time with family and friends and loved to be outdoors gardening, hunting, or just reading a good book under a tree. I continue to enjoy these things while my love for teaching and education grows.
