Design System & AI Integration: Spearheaded the modernization of multi-brand design systems using AI tools (Claude, Figma MCP) to automate component audits, align Figma tokens with Storybook, and bridge design-engineering workflows. 
Universal Usability (EU Accessibility Act): Led WCAG 2.2 accessibility remediation across three public enterprise platforms, turning compliance mandates into a platform-wide usability upgrade that improved navigation and overall UX. 
Executive Analytics & Speed-to-Insight: Architected and consolidated QuickSight B2B analytics dashboards (reducing 30 fragmented reports to 10), cutting weekly forecasting and reporting cycles in half for dealer partners. 
Multi-Brand Integration: Navigated post-merger design operations across CarZone, Cartell, and CarsIreland, unifying legacy architectures into a cohesive, scalable product suite.
