Berding

Joop Berding spoke about his work with the thought of Hannah Arendt. He discussed thinking along with, and against, Arendt in relation to other educational thinkers. He gave insights into his own thinking process and how Arendt helped him. On this basis, we discussed together how personal engagement is relevant to reading educational philosophical work. Berding had the example that his thinking with Dewey was changed by reading Arendt.
