When you sign in using your Google account, the App processes: - Your Google account email address - Your Google unique user ID - OAuth access and refresh tokens

This information is used strictly for authentication and secure access to your Google Calendar.

1.2 Calendar Data

The App reads and writes calendar data to your Google Calendar, including but not limited to: - Event titles - Event descriptions and notes - Dates, start and end times - Locations - Recurrence rules - Attendees - Reminders - Calendar names

This data is required for the primary functionality of the App.

1.3 Local App Data

The App stores the following data locally on your device: - A cached copy of your synced calendar events - Sync status and timestamps - App preferences and settings

This data allows the App to function smoothly without requiring a full resynchronization each time it is opened.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes: - Authenticating your Google account - Synchronizing your Google Calendar with the App - Displaying and managing your events locally - Writing updates back to your Google Calendar at your request

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, or tracking.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All calendar data and app data are stored only locally on your device.

• We do not operate any external servers to store personal data.

• Authentication tokens are stored securely using macOS system security mechanisms (such as the Keychain, where applicable).

• Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect your data against unauthorized access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data is shared only with Google for the sole purpose of: - Authentication - Calendar synchronization

No data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

5. Tracking

The App does not use: - Cross-app tracking technologies - Third-party analytics - Advertising SDKs - Behavioral tracking tools

Therefore, your data is not used for tracking purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Calendar and app data stored locally on your device remains there until you:

  • Delete the App

• When you sign out or delete the App, all locally stored data is removed from your device.

• We do not retain any personal data on remote servers.

As a user located in the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The right to access your personal data

• The right to correct inaccurate data

Because all personal data is stored locally on your own device and not on our servers, you can exercise most of these rights directly by managing or deleting data within the App or by uninstalling the App.

The App uses Google services solely for: - User authentication - Calendar synchronization

Use of Google services is subject to Google’s own Privacy Policy. The App does not integrate with any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Because no personal data is stored on our servers, your data remains on your local device and within your Google account. Any processing performed by Google is subject to their data processing practices and safeguards for international data transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
