HangFlow does not require an account.

HangFlow does not collect personal information.

HangFlow does not use third-party analytics.

HangFlow does not track users across apps or websites.

HangFlow does not sell user data.

HangFlow stores your saved hangboard workouts locally on your device. Workout setup data may be sent between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple WatchConnectivity so the watch can run the selected workout.

HangFlow uses Apple Watch motion sensors during an active hang phase to support early-drop detection. This motion data is used only during the active workout session and is not stored, uploaded, sold, or shared.

HangFlow may use Apple Watch haptics to guide countdowns, hang timing, recovery timing, and workout flow.

If you delete HangFlow, locally stored app data may be removed from your device according to Apple’s normal app deletion behavior.
