Below, is the ranking structure of our, and many other N.J.R.O.T.C. units. Cadets work their way through the ranks by completing a "PQS", Personal Qualification Standards, in which the cadet must demonstrate the skills listed within it. After completing each PQS, a cadet must wait a certain amount of time before having the ability to advance or complete a "TIR", time in rank, waiver. For more information on the ranking system, talk to a platoon commander, the Admin officer, or either of the instructors.
Below is the cadet ranking structure previously mentioned.
